I never see this coming.
Not the wedding. But me being there capturing the moment of my friend’s beautiful wedding day.
Farida is a friend that I met in a social working occasion several years ago. We had an instant connection that time. This is such a privilege for me to be there for her most precious moment with Giant. I can never explain how enraptured I was being there that day.
It was a wonderful wedding ceremony for it incorporates different cultures; the exciting Batak culture and the serene Burmese culture was blended very well, blurring boundaries and distinction. Giant and his Batak culture had successfully brought buoyancy to the wedding; everyone had a great time for sure. As for the Burmese culture that Farida brought along, the spirit of let that was illuminated during the wedding day. Let that is a Burmese word for wedding and it literally means to join palms together.
To put it simply, the fact that they incorporate felicity and closeness in the wedding will never cease to amaze me.
